Extraordinary trips for exceptional travelers, where the details make all the difference

In 2019 Darby rescued us from having both our flights to and from Europe canceled. She put together an extension for us to Lugano and Lake Como to wonderful hotels. Darby took care of all transportation from Basel. Darby has booked us on cruises through the Panama Canal and to Australia. Darby booked an AmaWaterways cruise for us, including the Pre-Cruise from Bucharest to Vilshofen, with a private transfer to Nurnberg and the another cruise to Luxembourg. We had to cancel the second cruise due to Covid. Darby guided me through all of the insurance forms, so we were able get back all of our money. Although I often book our flights and hotels (using points I have), it's great to have Darby's backup knowledge. We would highly recommend her.

We initially had a call with Darby and told her which cities/towns we were interested in staying, the type of hotels we like, and activities that we are interested in. We didn't want to drive and wanted private transportation and tours. Darby did the rest. The trip was amazing from hotels, activities such as Night Street Food tour, Cooking Class with Marco, Archeologic Park tour and private drivers. The drivers and guides were all very knowledgeable. Darby was also able to book us massages and dinner reservations. She also was available throughout the trip and connected us with her Sicilian partners, Lucrezia and Renata who were also available. We were on our way to the airport when I got a text from Delta Airlines saying that the first leg of our flight to Prague was canceled and that they had no way to reroute us.
